Figure 5.1
We give the molecule numbers and detunings for each shot, and the averaged points with statistical error bars as shown in the figure.
We also provide the theoretical model output, i.e. the fractional population in the feshbach and ground states throughout the sequence.
The beam powers are taken from a calibrated photodiode.

Figure 5.2
We give the molecule number from each experimental run, and the averaged data with statistical error bars as shown in the figure.

Figure 5.3a,b
We give the molecule number from each experimental run, and the averaged data with statistical error bars as shown in the figure.

Figure 5.4
We give the molecule number from each experimental run, and the averaged data with statistical error bars as shown in the figure.

Figure 5.6
The simulated round-trip transfer efficiencies for varying transfer times, with varying amplitudes of Gaussian frequency noise. Standard error bars from averaging over 200 runs are also given. For the experimental data, see figure 5.7a.

Figure 5.7a
We give the experimental results and their statistical error bars, and the simulated transfer efficiencies for the curves shown in the figure.

Figure 5.7b
We give the 3D coordinates of each point indicated by a white dot in figure 5.7b. The coloured shading between these points is a simple linear interpolation and is thus not given. The color map values given are the reduced Chi-squared statistic.

The full outputs for each of the simulations corresponding to the white dots in the figure 5.7b are in the "Figure 5.7b extended" subfolder. Further description is of this is provided there.

Figure 5.8
Experimental round-trip STIRAP efficiencies with and without the waveform filter.
Simulation of the unfiltered results, with and without the effects of laser noise. Note the simulation without noise does not include error bars because the simulation is deterministic and statistical error bars cannot be calculated.

Figure 5.9
We give the experimental results and their statistical error bars, and the simulated transfer efficiencies for the curves shown in the figure.

Figure 5.10
Widths and standard errors as shown in the figure.

Figure 5.11
The atom numbers and temperature, and their statistical error bars, are given.
The subfolder "\Figure 5.11 extended" gives the TOF expansion data and molecule numbers for each data point in the figure.

Figure 5.12
The hold times and molecule numbers are given for each individual experimental run, and also the averages with standard errors as shown in the figure.

Figure 5.13
The data points are given as in the figure.
The subfolder "\Figure 5.13 extended" gives the lifetime curves for each data point.

5.14
Pump offset frequency, detunings from the zero-field frequency, and the electric field calculated from these detunings.
The subfolder \Figure 5.14 extended" contains the pump detuning curves (offset from cavity mode vs molecule number) for each point in the figure.
